What is the incentive?
Clever Lending will be giving away £50 per lender submission and 2 prizes of £500 high street vouchers..
How it will work
A. Be registered with Clever Lending via Clever+
B. Submit an enquiry, which subsequently gets submitted to the lender within the competition period 1st June 2021 to 30th July 2021.
The two winners will be drawn at random week commencing 9th August 2021 and will receive one of the £500 High Street Vouchers.
Who can enter?
Exclusively open to introducers registered with Clever Lending, throughout the competition period.
High street vouchers competition T&Cs
To qualify for £50 per submission to lender and to be entered into the draw for £500 high street vouchers the following the terms and conditions must be met:
- The introducing adviser must be registered with Clever Lending via Clever+
- The enquiry must be received by Clever Lending and be added to Clever+ between 1st June 2021 and 30th July 2021 (inclusive) (31st July 2021 is a Saturday and will not count).
- The case must be submitted to the lender between 1st June 2021 and 30th July 2021 (inclusive) (31st July 2021 is a Saturday and will not count).
- It will be Clever Lending’s decision on whether a case is to be submitted to a All required documentation is needed to submit to a lender, and this includes the property valuation.
- The closing date for enquires and submissions is 17:00 on 30th July 2021, new enquires and lender submissions after this time and date will not
- Whilst each case submitted to the lender during the competition period counts as an entry, so more submissions equal more chances to earn vouchers, multiple units/ properties with a single applicant will be treated as one
- There will be an additional prize draw of 2 x £500 vouchers, there needs to be a minimum of two submissions within the qualified period, as noted above, for a chance to win.
- £50 voucher claims will be collated on the week of 9th August 2021 and distributed as one voucher payment after 9th August Notified by email.
- Winners of the 2 x £500 vouchers to be drawn at random by an independent person week commencing 9th August 2021. Notified by call and email.
- For the 2 x £500 vouchers, there is one prize per individual introducer, for the benefit of doubt, an individual can only win once. If an individual is drawn twice, that entry will be disregarded, and another drawn until there are 2 individual
- The vouchers must be accepted as offered, is not transferable or refundable and there is no cash
- Clever Lending’s decision on vouchers is
- Clever Lending are not responsible for any tax or VAT
- The incentive is open to UK residents aged 18 or
- Clever Lending bares no responsibility once the gift card is taken, the gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, expired, or stolen once accepted by the
