Clever Lending High-street voucher draw terms and conditions

To qualify for entry into the draw for a single prize of £250 of High-street vouchers the entrant must follow the terms and conditions below:

1. The entrant must complete ALL 4 of the following requirements to be entered into the draw:
   a. Attend the Financial Adviser Event 2021 Manchester in person on 14th September 2021
   b. Submit either your business card or contact details (which must include company name, personal name, postcode, telephone number and email) at the Clever Lending Stand
   c. Follow Clever Lending on Linked-In
   d. Follow Clever Lending on Twitter
2. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over (excluding employees of Financial Makeover Limited, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw).
3. Employees must ensure they have the permission of their employer before participating in the draw. Clever Lending will observe any procedures established by companies for their employees, including any rules for participating in promotions.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted – entries from multiple email addresses or businesses attributed to the same person will not be accepted and will be in breach of competition rules.
5. The closing date to complete all 4 draw requirements is 12:00pm UK time on Monday 20th September 2021. Entrants who complete the 4 requirements after this time will not be entered into the draw.
6. The winning entry will be the first valid entry drawn at random by an independent person on Monday 20th September 2021. 
7. The prize winner will be notified no later than Tuesday 21st September 2021 via the email address or telephone number used to enter the competition. The winner’s details (name and Company) will be published on social media after the winner has been notified. The winner will be given the opportunity to object to their information being published or made available, or to reduce the amount of information published or made available. In such circumstances, Clever Lending will still be required to provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority if challenged. 
8. The vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
9. Use of the high-street vouchers is subject to voucher providers own gift voucher terms and conditions.
10. Vouchers must be kept safely and securely. Clever Lending cannot accept responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of theft, impersonation or identity fraud.
11. Clever Lending are not responsible for any tax or VAT liabilities.
12. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
